Accessibility.

People often need this information on a phone and under stress. Here is the standard this site is built to, what has been tested, and how to tell us if something gets in your way.

Who this is.

Kings County Bail Bonds, 718 North 11th Avenue, Suite A, Hanford, CA 93230. Telephone (559) 584-3615.

This statement is about this website. If you need help with anything else at the office, call and say so, and an agent will work out how to help.

What this site aims for.

This site is built with reference to WCAG 2.2 Level AA, the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines published by the World Wide Web Consortium. It is the benchmark most commonly used in the United States, including under the Americans with Disabilities Act and California's Unruh Civil Rights Act.

Accessibility is something we work toward continuously rather than a box that gets ticked once. As the site grows, some content may not yet meet every part of the standard, and we keep at it.

The Display preferences button in the bottom corner of every page lets you choose larger text, a dark appearance or no animation; your choices are saved in this browser, carry to every page, are never sent to us, and Reset preferences clears them.

This statement does not represent that the site fully conforms, and it is not a certification or a conformance audit.

What follows is a plain account of the work behind it, so you can judge it rather than take a badge's word for it.

What has been tested.

Every page on this site was checked on 8 October 2026, by an automated engine and by reviewer walk-throughs of what an engine can't test. Automated tools catch only part of what matters, which is why the walk-throughs are there.

Run by machine, on every page

  • axe-core 4.13.0 against the WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 A and AA rule sets. Content that animates into view is checked in its final state, so nothing is skipped for being below the fold.
  • Form labeling, image alternatives, landmark structure and document language are covered by that run. No violations were reported on any page. The engine cannot resolve this site's backgrounds, so contrast is measured by calculation, described below.

Checked page by page with automated tools and reviewer walk-throughs

  • Keyboard. Every link and control can be reached and used without a mouse, and the focus indicator is visible against the dark ground and, on the home page, against the amber call band.
  • Reflow. Each page was measured at 320 pixels wide, roughly a small phone held upright, and nothing needs sideways scrolling to read.
  • Contrast. The automated engine cannot resolve this site's backgrounds, so every piece of text was measured against its own background by calculation rather than by eye.
  • Target size. Tap targets were measured on a phone-width layout against the 24 by 24 pixel minimum.
  • Headings and landmarks. Heading levels run in order with none skipped, so a screen reader user can move through a page by structure. Every page has one main landmark and a skip link that works.
  • Motion. The animations on this site are turned off for anyone whose device asks for reduced motion.
  • Typefaces are served from this site's own server, so a page renders the same whether or not an outside font service is reachable.

Each check is recorded with the date and the version of the page it was run against, so a claim on this page can be traced to a specific test.

Tell us if something does not work.

If a page here is hard to use, or something on it stopped you doing what you came to do, we want to hear about it. You do not need to know why it is broken or what to call it. Saying "I couldn't get the phone number to read out" is enough.

  • Call (559) 584-3615 and say you are calling about the website, email barry@luckybail.com, or write to Kings County Bail Bonds, 718 North 11th Avenue, Suite A, Hanford, CA 93230.
  • If it helps, tell us which page, what you were trying to do, and what you use to browse. If not, tell us what happened and we will work it out from there.

If something blocks you from reaching an agent, the phone is always the way through. A bond gets arranged by talking to a licensed agent, and nothing on this website is a step you have to complete first.

Parts we do not control.

Some pages link out to the Kings County inmate locator and to the Kings County Superior Court. Those are separate sites, built and maintained by the county, and their accessibility is theirs rather than ours. If one of them is the barrier, tell us anyway: an agent can look someone up for you over the phone, which sidesteps the tool entirely.
