Who runs this site.

Kings County Bail Bonds, 718 North 11th Avenue, Suite A, Hanford, CA 93230. Telephone (559) 584-3615.

These terms cover this website. Using it means you accept them, and if you do not, the answer is to stop using it and call the office instead.

Lucky Bail Bonds in Fresno is a separate company. Anything you arrange with that office is with that company, under whatever it agrees with you.

What this site is.

It is an explanation of how bail works in Kings County and a way to reach a licensed agent.

  • It is not legal advice. Nothing here replaces a lawyer, and reading it does not tell you what to do about a particular case.
  • It is not an offer to write a bond, and nothing on it commits anyone to write one. Service availability and bond approval are subject to underwriting and applicable law.
  • Reading a page does not make you a client, and neither does sending a message. That starts with a conversation with a licensed agent and the paperwork that follows it.

The general explanations on these pages are written to be accurate for the usual case. Your situation may not be the usual case, which is what the phone call is for.

Using the contact form.

Sending the form puts your request in front of an agent so someone can answer you by call, text or email. That is what it does. It does not reserve a bond, does not start one, and is not an agreement with anyone.

Please don't send a Social Security number, payment card details, or photographs of documents through the form.

The form doesn't ask for them and they aren't needed to start a conversation. When you apply for a bond, a licensed agent asks for the personal information the application needs, by phone or email.

A few things to keep in mind

  • Send information about yourself, or about someone you are entitled to speak for.
  • Do not use the form to reach a person in custody. It reaches the office, not a jail.

If someone is in danger, call 911. This is a bail office, not an emergency service.

What the form does with what you type is covered in the privacy policy.

Jail and court information.

Some pages here describe Kings County facilities: where they are, what their public numbers are, and how to look someone up. Those facts belong to the county, and the county changes them without telling anybody.

We check them and update the pages when they move. Even so, the Sheriff's Office and the court are the authority on their own information, and a number here can be out of date on the day you read it. If the two disagree, believe the county.

Links to other sites.

Some pages link out to the Kings County inmate locator, to the Kings County Superior Court, and to a map. Those are separate sites with their own rules and their own privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement, and we do not control what is on them or whether they are working.

What is on these pages.

The words, photographs and design here belong to Kings County Bail Bonds or are used with permission. Read them, print a page, send someone a link: that is what the site is for. Copying the text or the photographs to use somewhere else needs permission first, and asking is usually all it takes.

Use the site the way it is meant to be used

Do not try to break it or misuse it. In particular, do not harvest it at volume, do not go looking for parts of it that are not public, do not use it to send anything unlawful, and do not present yourself as Kings County Bail Bonds or as one of its agents.

What this page cannot promise.

The site is offered as it stands. We work to keep it accurate and available, and we do not promise it will be free of errors or online without interruption.

So far as the law allows, Kings County Bail Bonds is not responsible for loss arising out of using this site or relying on the general information on it. Where the law does not allow a limit like that, it does not apply.

None of this affects a signed agreement with Kings County Bail Bonds. Those documents govern what they cover, and nothing on this page cuts them down.

California law and changes.

These terms are governed by the law of the State of California.

If the site changes in a way that changes these terms, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. Carrying on using the site after that means the updated terms are the ones that apply.

For anything about these terms, call the office on (559) 584-3615 or write to Kings County Bail Bonds, 718 North 11th Avenue, Suite A, Hanford, CA 93230.
