Privacy policy.

You can read this site without being tracked. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from a third party.

Who this is.

Kings County Bail Bonds, 718 North 11th Avenue, Suite A, Hanford, CA 93230. Telephone (559) 584-3615.

This policy covers this website. It does not cover what happens after you become a client, which is handled under the agreements you would sign with a licensed agent.

This site is not meant for children under 13, and it does not knowingly collect information from them.

What the site collects.

Nothing automatically. This site is deliberately plain, and that is a privacy decision rather than a technical accident.

  • No cookies are set by this site.
  • No analytics, advertising pixels, conversion tags, or session-replay tools run on it.
  • No chat widget, no embedded video, no social media buttons, no embedded map.
  • Typefaces are served from this site's own server, so loading a page does not tell a font provider that you visited.

No profile of your visit is built here, and there is nothing about your browsing to sell, share, or hand to an advertiser.

Display preferences. If you change the text size, appearance or animation setting with the Display preferences button, your browser keeps that choice in its local storage on your device so the next page opens the same way. It is not a cookie, and it is never sent to us or anyone else. Reset preferences in that panel removes it, and so does clearing this site's data in your browser.

Server logs

The company that hosts this site keeps standard server logs, as web servers do. These can include the IP address making the request, the page requested, the time, and the browser's user-agent string. They exist so the site can be kept running and secure. They are not used to build a profile of you and are not combined with anything you send.

Who helps run the site

The site is built and maintained by an outside web agency and hosted by a hosting company. Form messages pass through that server and are delivered by email services. These companies handle the information only to run the site and deliver your message.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no agreed standard for how sites should respond to it, so this site does not act on it. It does not need to: the site does not track you, and no other company collects information about your visits here, over time or across other websites.

The contact form.

The form asks for your name, an email address, a phone number, whether you'd like a call, a text or an email back, the jail or county, the name of the person in custody, and a note. You need to give your name and how you'd like a reply, plus the phone number or email address for that reply. Everything else is optional, including the name of the person in custody.

What you send goes by email to the agents who answer for Kings County Bail Bonds, so an agent can answer you by call, text or email. If you ask for a text, the agent texts the number you gave about your request. It is not stored on this website, it does not go through a third-party form service, and there is no database behind it. It is used to answer you, and it is not sold, rented, or handed to advertisers.

Please don't send a Social Security number, payment card details, or photographs of documents through the form.

The form doesn't ask for them and they aren't needed to start a conversation. When you apply for a bond, a licensed agent asks for the personal information the application needs, by phone or email.

Telephone calls

If you call the office, that is a phone call between you and a licensed agent. This policy is about the website; it does not change anything about how a call is handled.

Links to other sites.

Some pages link out to the Kings County inmate locator, the Sheriff's booking page, the Kings County Superior Court, our Google review page, map directions to the office, and the Lucky Bail Bonds site in Fresno. Those are separate sites with their own privacy practices. Nothing from them is embedded here: a link takes effect only when you click it, and once you do, their rules apply rather than this policy.

Your California rights.

California residents have rights over personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended. In plain terms you can ask to know what personal information is held about you, ask for it to be deleted, ask for it to be corrected, and ask that it not be sold or shared. You cannot be treated differently for asking.

Because this site collects nothing beyond what you choose to send, a request about the website usually concerns a form submission. Ask using the details in changes and questions below and it will be handled.

Selling and sharing.

Kings County Bail Bonds does not sell personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. There is no opt-out to complete here because there is nothing being sold or shared to opt out of.

Some browsers send a Global Privacy Control signal, which is a request not to sell or share. Since nothing is sold or shared, that signal is already satisfied on this site.

If that ever changes, this page changes with it and a way to opt out appears here.

Changes and questions.

This policy describes the site as it stands on the date at the top. If measurement or consent tooling is ever added, this page is updated before it goes live, not after.
